How do I join Tumble Rewards?
You already have. Pay with the same card or phone each time and your washes are counted automatically.
Where can I see my progress?
On the payment screen after each wash, and any time in My Account.
Does prepaid credit expire?
Credit you buy never expires. Bonus credit lasts 12 months.
Can I use rewards on wash & fold?
Free washes are for self-service washers. Tumble Club members get 10% off wash & fold.
I changed my card. Will I lose my washes?
No. Sign in to My Account with your mobile and link your new card.
