- SMS offers sign-up: your first name, mobile number and your consent to receive texts.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our host may log IP addresses and browser details for security.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange wash & fold or pickup services you ask about, and (only if you opt in) to send you offers by SMS. We don’t sell or rent your information.
Where it is stored
Form messages are stored in our website database and sent to our email inbox. We keep them only as long as we need them to help you, then delete them.
SMS offers
You can stop SMS offers at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us.
Payments
Machine payments are processed by our payment provider. Your card number is handled by that provider and is never stored by us.
Third-party services on this site
This site shows a Google Maps embed and uses Google Fonts. When these load, Google may receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@tumbleandtap.com.au or calling (07) 5550 1234. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
