By using the machines and services at Tumble & Tap Laundromat you agree to these terms.
Using the machines
- Machines are used at your own risk. Please follow the instructions on each machine and the kiosk.
- Check all pockets before washing. We are not responsible for items left in clothing (pens, tissues, coins, phones).
- We are not liable for damage to items that are not suitable for machine washing or drying. Check the care label first.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
Wash & fold and pickup
- Our liability for loss or damage is limited to 10 times the service charge for the affected item.
- Please tell us about any special care needs when you drop off or book.
Lost property
Lost property is kept for 30 days, then donated or disposed of.
Refunds
If a machine doesn’t work after you pay, call our helpline on (07) 5550 1234. We can restart it remotely or refund you to your original payment method.
Prices and promotions
Prices include GST and may change. Promotions apply as described and can end at any time.
