Payment questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. Just scan or tap and pay. An account is only needed if you want to keep prepaid credit or check your rewards online.
I don’t have a smartphone. Can I still use the machines?
Yes. Use the kiosk with any card, or pay with cash at the kiosk. Coins also work on every machine.
Is it safe to pay with my phone?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed by a PCI DSS compliant system. Your card details are never shared with us.
What if I pay and the machine doesn’t start?
Call (07) 5550 1234 any time. We can start it remotely or refund you straight to your card.
Can I add more drying time from my phone?
Yes. Scan the dryer again and add time without walking to the kiosk.
Can I get a receipt for work?
Yes. Enter your email or mobile at payment and you’ll receive a tax invoice.
